After Kaya encountered Nana, Ebisumori mentioned her name as she freaked out and saw Kaya for herself. However, Osamu is warned to stop looking into Kaya. It becomes obvious why.

In the first half, we see a flashback of Mirai telling Kaya and her husband that another baby is coming along the way. While Kaya and her father seem positive about it, we know what happened. Either way, Mirai’s pregnancy seems to be entering the final stages of her eventual birth. However, something strange about the womb, something that doesn’t look like an actual baby for some reason.

That said, Kaya was playing in the waiting room until she needed to go to the bathroom. We see some creepy stuff: baby ghosts heading to a certain room that keep pushing a button, asking for assistance. As for why, she doesn’t know where her actual baby is, and a bunch of ghost babies are coming up onto her bed. While it seems creepy, Kaya basically vanquished the baby ghosts. The woman in the bed found her baby. When the attendant found Kaya, she looked at the bed, but there was no one there. We find out that the mother and her baby died from pregnancy complications. I hope this doesn’t become what is to come later.

In the second segment, the kindergarten teachers take them to a playground. Sakuya complains that the spinning jungle gym is gone. Yep, it looks like people have it taken down after children horsed around and got injured. Of course, there is this long slide, and a sign warns not to climb up it. However, that smile causes Sakuya to act thanks to a rule-breaking ghost.

While Kaya punches it, Sakuya decides she wants to break the rules by going down the slide headfirst instead of sitting down. Kaya tries to stop her, but Sakuya slides down the slide headfirst. When some boys want to climb up the slide while Sakura is sliding down, Kaya needs to stop Sakuya.

Thankfully, the teacher came in to save the boy from being crashed into Sakuya. Of course, the teacher scolds Sakuya for sliding down headfirst before scolding the boys. I guess another piece of equipment is being removed, based on the looks of it. At that rate, there won’t be any equipment at the park because you don’t have responsible parents. They spend time on their smartphones, probably browsing social media or TikTok, instead of looking after their children.

As for the third segment, Nana picks Kaya up as Kaya’s father watches after his wife at the hospital. Interestingly, Nana asks Chie if she has any relation to Kaya, as she looks like Kaya and is on the visitor log. Nana wants to know more about Kaya, but Chie basically lied, since she doesn’t want to reveal that she meddled, thanks to Osamu’s curiosity.

As for Nana and Kaya, she basically told Kaya to ignore the ghosts. There is one that happened to follow Kaya home, but when it rang the doorbell, the impersonation was bad. The funny thing is, Kaya ignored most of the impersonators, except for one who impersonates Nana. How can Kaya be tricked by that one when Nana is in the house? Well, Nana had to come to put the talisman on that ghost, but Kaya decides to defeat it. Nana is shocked that Kaya defeated it so easily, and Kaya apologizes to her for opening the door. Still, it’s interesting from that photo that someone’s face is scribbled out. Interestingly, a very young Mirai looks like Kaya, which adds to the mystery.
Either way, Chie calls Osamu’s number, saying they should maybe stop looking into Kaya and her mother’s house. Of course, that guy has Osamu’s phone, indicating he doesn’t want him to look into it any further. After all, who knows what will happen after Mirai gives birth?
